Web 2.0 Summit Wrap Up
[Web 2.0 Summit] that year Web 2.0 Summit was not all about the new Net but more about how to save the planet, to be more politically conscious and more social. It was all about nonprofit organizations, charity, economic crisis,discussions about being green, being organic and pushing the use of renewal energy. At one point I was thinking of renaming it the Green 2.0 Summit… one could argue that a lot of ideas were about using the new Web to empower the crowd’s political consciousness to save the planet.
