Via P710-HD provides DX10.1 compatibility to Pico-ITXe board

Via just announced the P710-HD, a stack-up module that connects to the P710 Pico ITX motherboard. It uses SUMIT (Stackable Unified Module Interconnect Technology) and can be one of the four modules stacked up in such a system. While DX 10.1 might resonate with “gaming”, don’t hold your hopes too high. that is really about HD video playback. The P710-HD has 256MB of graphics memory, and
can handle DVI (up to two), HDMI and S-Video ports. The maximum resolution is 2560×1600.Permalink: Via P710-HD provides DX10.1 compatibility to Pico-ITXe board from Ubergizmo | Cheap | Hot: Apple’s Netbook | Hot (FR): Test du Palm Pre
