Mounties in Vancouver have tasered a man to death right after he jumped out of the window of a house. I find that story highly disturbing since the man was already bleeding from the chest and naked when he landed on the ground – how much of a threat will he pose to the authorities? Surely even the greatest circus performer can’t secretly hide a gun inside any body orifice when
