TMDisplay 2.2-inch OLED Panel
TMDisplay has just unveiled the 2.2″ OLED panel that manages to squeeze out QVGA quality graphics with a lifetime of 60,000 hours (more than adequate to last you until the device it comes with is expanded outdated) and sips just 100mW of juice when in use. that tiny OLED panel will enter production from March 2009 onwards, targeting handsets primarily along with other mobile devices.
