Folks at the FCC have taken a look at the Taiwanese-made Android smartphone from Commtiva, where it is additionally known as the F800 Blaze. The device seems to come with branding from Cincinnati Bell, which is a regional carrier in the US that operates in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. The F800 Blaze is equipped with a Qualcomm MSM7227 processor, and handles GSM/EDGE bands 850, 900, 1800 and 1900, as well as WCDMA bands I and IV.
