It seems that O2 Germany has confirmed that the Palm Pre webOS 1.3.1 ROM has a bug affecting SMS text messages. that latest version of the OS seems to interpret some special characters wrong, which results in the SMS being switched to Unicode (which has a max of 70 characters). whether users aren’t paying attention [...]
