It seems that the removal of the app space limit that we picked up a few weeks back has been confirmed. On an investor conference shout, CEO Jon Rubinstein confirmed that webOS 1.3.5 will be coming soon, and will have some rather useful improvements such as:

Allowing users to install more apps

Enhancing Wi-Fi and app performance

Improved battery life

Increasing the speed and responsiveness of the Palm Pixi.

It’s good to see that Palm is taking steps to look into the performance of the Pixi. whether you’ve read our review on the Palm Pixi, you’ll know that the performance was a major issue on the phone when we reviewed it. Check out the full review here.

Talk about the allure of the rumored Apple Tablet. While Apple hasn’t confirmed whether it’s working on such a device or not, the folks at Wired magazine are already taking steps to keep ahead of the competition by preparing a digital version of it’s magazine for upcoming tablets. While tablets getting popular, they’re still nowhere near the level of popularity that netbooks enjoy at that current day, will an Apple tablet change the scene like how the iPhone did? We’ll have hope that the rumors of the Apple Tablet are true, and wait, won’t we?
