A screenshot of a large number of dummy apple SKUs showing up on the Canadian Best Buy’s system doesn’t necessarily indicate that we’ll be seeing an updated line of MacBook Pros anytime soon, but we can certainly hope so, right? Considering that benchmark scores for a Core i7 MacBook Pro were leaked a short while ago, there just might be an outside chance that that could be true. What do you think? According to the tipster, there were several “fully-speced high end iMacs in stock that were not in stores yet." whether that’s true, it’s certainly something to look forward to.

It’s great to see that Mercedes is keeping in touch with the latest technology, particularly cell phones. testimony to that is the partnership of Mercedes-Benz USA and Hughes Telematics Inc to come up with mbrace, a new telematics offering that allows you to connect your iPhone or BlackBerry to the car. You’ll thereupon be able to lock or unlock your vehicle, locate it in a crowded parking lot or in city streets through a map on your phone, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Too poor the system doesn’t allow your phone to drive the car around, or you could be vying to be the next 007.
