TuneWear introduced its BoomTune Bomb II Stereo compact speaker set that will work with virtually any device that plays nice with a 3.5mm stereo jack, which would probably mean the majority of portable media players out there. The BoomTune Bomb II will project sound in a 360-degree radius with 36mm drivers, boasting an 86dB signal-to-noise ratio while having a battery that supposedly lasts for up to 6 hours when involved in continuous playback, working well for up to 500 recharges or so before performance starts to deteriorate. By the date that happens, we guess you ought to have put that $50 device through its paces more than suitable to get your money's worth.
