Purists would probably find the Star Wars AT-AT stroller to be a travesty – after all, that is one mean land-based vehicle that is supposed to walk, and not get pushed around on wheels. Still, from the side it looks pretty close to the real thing in terms of design, and baby gets to grow up under the clutches of the evil Empire. Makes for a great conversation starter, considering the number of Star Wars fans out there who are more than ready to talk up another fan anytime, anywhere.

If you have fond memories of Lego when you were a kid, chances are you will find the Lego Star Wars Alarm Clock to be worth every penny – after all, it must be built ground up from Lego bricks, although it won’t pose too much of a challenge to most folks since there are just 21 pieces to work on, complete with Chewbacca and Stormtrooper minifigures to round off a geeky alarm clock. Too poor you won’t get pew-pew sounds of a blaster to jolt you out of bed!

Apple has filed a rather interesting patent, which considers the possibility of putting additional covers on your device to give it additional features, which seems like a similar vein with the NTT DoCoMo F04B cell phone. Various covers were considered in the patent, such as force sensors (no, not Star Wars), a solar grid, protection, lighting effects, illumination and many more. Of course, there are already a great many products that connect to the iPhone that give it additional functionality, but it’ll be interesting to see whether Apple can actually construct good use of the traditionally-boring phone cover. Do you have any fresh ideas on how Apple might use that patent?

Let’s face it – most Android-powered phones are attached to a rather nerdy owner, and that will surely but surely pan out to include a mini-battle on their hands – specifically one that involves Star Wars vs. Star Trek. Well, the Tricorder app favors the latter, since it will closely resemble animation and beeps with sounds from the show, and you will be able to obtain readouts such as a graphed accelerometer status, audio analysis (in decibels), geographic readout using a compass and GPS, and signal ability readings based on 3G and WiFi. Not only that, it will plus be able to show off an analysis of the sun’s environment which includes photographs of sunspots and its corona. Apart from all that, it will additionally translate the current duration into a Stardate for added authenticity. Guess that applies only to Trekkies, others will find no relevant use for it.

Now, it seems that you’ll be able to check out a new lightsaber app next month, and it’ll support Bluetooth lightsaber duels (yay!) There are 11 new Star Wars characters whose lightsabers you can choose from, but frankly, all we want to do is just defeat a friend with that updated iPhone app and gloat (a lot).

Star Wars fans with a cable clutter problem might want to check out that DIY AT-AT Walker home theater cable management system that’s up for sale. Aside from making your living room look incredibly cool (mainly for the Star Wars reference, less so the lack of cable clutter), you’ll plus have something nice to talk about when your other friends come by for a cup of coffee. It’ll set you back $8, but that’s a small price to pay for something like that, right? Now they only have to come up with a Death Star version of that anti-clutter machine, and we’ll all have a nice happy ending.

Do you see Star Wars in everything? whether you do, soon after you might want to check out the Star Wars Lightsaber shaped MP3 player. certain, it may not seem as cool and refined as the previous Star Wars MP3 player that we told you about a while ago, but considering it’s just $24, it won’t break the bank, right? It measures in at 3.14-inches and supports microSD cards. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a display, but Apple’s iPod shuffle managed to do rather well without a display, and it didn’t have the backing of the force, right? (Though it did have the backing of Steve Jobs)
