Check out the Monami docking station that holds a 2TB external hard drive as its primary storage medium, accompanied by USB hub functionality and a quartet of USB ports, where three of those are kept well hidden from view, while one of them is mounted on top. The top port will play nice with the accompanying 16GB USB flash drive, while a downfiring USB speaker further extends the audio range of your computer’s speakers, regardless of whether they are from the PC or Mac camps. Do you have an itching for that concept to be realized?

Hitachi has four more projectors that are ready to hit the market, with the CP-X3011N, CP-X4011N, CP-2511N and CP-X2011N all being prepped for a general release. You will find it rather surprising that Hitachi uses the same design, features and connectivity options on all four – what is that, a case of quadtuplets? Of course, there will be minor variations within the models with its brightness level and contrast ratio being the main differing factors, but apart from that it is pretty hard to tell the difference from one to another. Shared features include XGA (1,024 x 768) resolution and 3LCD display technology, where the X4011N is the “high end” version at 4,000 ANSI lumens with the X2011N being the lowest at 2,200 ANSI lumens. Depending on the model you pick, they retail anywhere from $2,995 to $2,295.

Thermaltake has just released its ARMOR A90 mid-tower chassis that comes in an all-black design alongside a reinforced front door that ought to keep those who want to have the most stylish desktop in the neighborhood happy. It claims to have a bulletproof armor design – we do have our doubts concerning how bulletproof that is, as we’re certain it can be pierced with a shot from any gun, but perhaps Thermaltake meant it to look as though it was bulletproof? You will find a solitary 20cm blue exhaust LED-fan on top and one 12cm intake blue LED-fan in the front pre-installed, while air circulation gets a boost with another 12cm exhaust turbo fan on the behind. Thermaltake skips the USB 3.0 bandwagon with that though, although it carries a quartet of 4 USB 2.0 ports. Fancy forking out $94 for that puppy?

Cooler Master has just rolled out its Vortex Plus low profile processor cooler that comes with a quartet of 6mm direct contact heat-pipes for maximum heat conductivity. Apart from its relatively small size, the Vortex Plus additionally comes with a Blade Master 92mm balanced PWM fan that is capable of hitting a mere 17dBA at 800 rpm, but you plus have the chance of cranking it up all the way to 2800 rpm whether called for. The fan itself is equipped with a set of anti-vibration rubber pads which will reduce vibrations when caused by dust buildup on the fan blades. The Vortex Plus plus sports a minimum of four 6mm direct contact heat-pipes that maximizes heat conductivity, helping heat to be disspiated quickly by the thin blade aluminium fin heatsink.

Check out the Weight2Go travel scale concept which ought to be suitable for everyday use wherever you are, as it was specially designed to weigh items on a daily basis regardless of where you are. All you need to do is set down the quartet of the scale bits, place your object on all four at once and you can get a reading of the object’s weight instantly. Needless to say, that concept, should it be realized, would be suitable only for odd object weighing.

Folks living in the UK will be able to get their hands on the LG Optimus GT540 Android-powered smartphone pretty soon, where it sports a 3″ HVGA display, a 3-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity, A-GPS capability, DivX and Xvid compatibility, a 3.5mm jack and a social networking client that makes it a snap for you to hook up to various sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Bebo. It can plus be expanded memory-wise thanks to a microSD memory card slot, although we’re not certain which version of Android it will come with. You can choose from a quartet of colors – black, white, pink and silver, and we hope to get a whiff of its price soon.
Teclast is more often noted for its range of portable media players, but that day round their W900 comes in the scheme of a wireless webcam instead, where Teclast claims it is the first of its kind in the world. It seems to be effective at distances of up to 200m, and boasts a 5-megapixel resolution. To get started, just plug its USB receiver into your desktop or notebook and you’re good to go. No notion on how fast the quartet of AAA batteries called for to ability it will run out of juice, but good thing you can additionally plug it into an external potential outlet. Would you fork out $117 for one of these?

AMD’s latest workstation class video card, the ATI FirePro 2460 Multi-View, will come with a quartet of Mini DisplayPort connectors where you can use all four simultaneously, depending on the configuration of choice. Apart from that, you can plus merge all four into one or two displays thanks to Eyefinity. The 512MB of display memory is a bummer in that day and age, but ought to be abundant to drive up to three 30-inch displays at once. Expect to pick it up for $299 a pop, where it will reach on the Windows market first before making its way to other platforms.

Packard Bell has unveiled its new range of EasyNote M notebooks, where you can choose from 14″, 15.6″ and 17.3″ models. All three will come with an anti-fingerprint matte finish and a quartet of colors to choose from – Silk Silver, NightSky Black, Starlight White and Cashmere Red. The committed “Social Networks key” will launch a sidebar when pressed, giving you quick access to Facebook, YouTube and Flickr composition. Guess a normal widget can do that, but at least that comes right out of the box. Nice to know an HDMI port is included since you can opt to throw in a Blu-ray drive whether DVD isn’t good suitable for you. No word on pricing, but expect the Packard Bell EasyNote M notebooks to roll out sometime before the month is by.
