Solar Vest aims to form batteries obsolete

For those of you living near or along the Equator, might we propose picking up the Solar Vest from Chinavasion? It boasts 5V, 6V, 9V and 12-20V output alongside eight (yes, count them, eight!) capability connectors and seven device connectors. Just in case it seems to be cloudy that specific day, you can always boost up its capability reserves using AC input or USB. One thing about that though - isn't it hot decent to NOT wear a vest? Just leave us an reply to that question after you fork out around $126 for that puppy.

Mamiya DM40 is pretty desirable

Mamiya heats up the diggital photography market with its DM40, a 40-megapixel medium-format body that is more than capable of managing 60fps frames per minute, which basically places it as the speediest in its class where sensors are concerned. Retailing for a whopping $19,990 however, you will definitely be pretty well off whether you were to bring that puppy home. All photos taken are stored on the CompactFlash card, while FireWire output makes it a snap to transfer a few GBs worth of photos without wasting too much of your precious duration.

Ideum MT-50 introduced

Remember the Ideum MT-50 that we looked at last year? Guess it has just gotten officially introduced, where you get NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 285 graphics card running inside for some serious graphical firepower not to mention an input that can support up to 60 simultaneous control points. Don't think that its tempered glass is a sissy - dropping a 12-pound bowling ball from a height of two feet doesn't even faze that puppy. Look out, Microsoft Surface! Interested parties will need to dig deep for that though - to the tune of $21,000 to be exact.
