Timbuk2 RED messenger bag
December 2, 2009

Timbuk2 commemorates World AIDS Day with a new RED messenger bag in conjunction with (PRODUCT)RED in order to raise funds for The Global Fund which will help support AIDS research. Retailing for $95 a pop, each purchase will see 5% of its proceeds channeled to The Global Fund's pockets. Looks good abundant to fit in a RED netbook as well, now how about that?

Reverce Mortgage Calculator
November 20, 2009
There are two interest rates available for mortgage loans: One is called expected rate and it consists of 10 year index plus the borrowers margin. The higher the rates are the less money the borrower can get. However, there is a floor rate of 5.5% and interest rate below 5.5% will no longer increase the amount of proceeds available through the Reverse Mortgage.
