Giada VIVA-NE200 netbook

You might not have heard of the Giada sort name before, but that Chinese PC manufacturer has a grade new netbook for the masses, coming in the structure of the VIVA-NE200 which debuted at CeBIT earlier that month. that is a standard netbook with a 10.1" display at 1,024 x 600 resolution, powered by an Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor alongside GMA 3150 integrated graphics. Sounds pretty much like any other netbook in the market, eh? Specifications include up to 2GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. Gotta wonder who would pick that up in its gaudy glossy pink exterior.

Color Rubik Cube that targets the blind

Color Rubik Cube that targets the blind

Just before you write the blind off that they are unable to enjoy a nice run at the Rubik Cube, along comes that design by Konstantin Datz that caters for the visually challenged - after all, all the colors come embossed in Braille, "showing" green, blue, red, yellow, white and pink for the uninitiated. It will definitely take far longer to complete that, but at least no one would feel marginalized from solving one of the more classic puzzlers to instance.

Fujitsu MH380 netbook dressed up in pink

Fujitsu's MH380 netbook will definitely appeal to those who have a penchant for the color pink, and we guess that women will be the ones clamoring after it more than men. The smaller than usual keyboard might find male fingers protesting, but apart from that, the MH380 looks pretty ordinary on the inside with specifications such as a 10.1" display at 1,366 x 768 resolution, an Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor, 1GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and WiMAX connectivity as well as Windows 7 Starter Edition. Seems to be a Japan exclusive at that point in date, so you might have to import one whether you want it for folks who live outside of Japan.

Word is that there is a download screen for new apps, but there weren’t any apps available at that instance. Would the release of a Microsoft phone change the market, or will it just be a lot of fanfare without much conclusion? A leaked firmware has plus been uncovered, and the icons have been pulled from it. Check out the icons after the jump.

Concept: Disco USB Flash Drive Shows The Type Of Files Stored Within

Concept: Disco USB Flash Drive Shows The Type Of Files Stored Withindisco-usb_468.jpg" />

This concept disco USB flash drive certainly looks interesting. At a glance, you’ll be forgiven for thinking that it just uses the USB potential to show some fancy lights, but what it really does is represent the files stored inside the drive. whether there are no lights, the drive is empty; pink lights indicate images stored; blue lights are documents and green lights are movies. We’re not certain whether there is a light for other file types, but you have to confess that it’s a rather cool and innovative concept. whether that were to be turned into a consumer product, it would certainly produce a nice gift.
