Verbatim is back with a spanking new Store ‘n’ Go external hard drive which is based on a 2.5″ style factor and can hold up to 1TB of notes within. Not only that, it seemed to have been designed specially for a summer release considering the bright colors that it comes in – we’re talking about red, blue, green, white, black, silver, purple and orange. Connecting to your computer through USB 2.0, the Store ‘n’ Go sports a Green button which will automatically send the drive into an energy-saving sleep mode when pressed. Each purchase will be accompanied by Nero Rescue and Nero BackItUp Essentials and Burn software.
The Gigabyte G1305 Codfish which was spotted to run on on a version of the Android OS recently picked up its Bluetooth certification from the Bluetooth SIG, and it looks most likely to be known as the Gigabyte Boston. Apart from that, it is plus widely speculated that Orange will be the carrier of choice (for folks living in Europe, that is), although there is still no word on pircing or availability. What we do know about the Gigabyte Boston, however would be its capability of handling both GSM and HSDPA connectivity, accompanied by a 3.2″ HVGA touchscreen display at 480 x 320 resolution, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g connectivity, A-GPS navigation support, a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor and 256MB RAM. No view on which version of Android OS it runs on, but keep your fingers crossed that it will be Android 2.1.
