It has been established since March that year that the Samsung SCH-W960 will sport a 3D display that doesn’t require special glasses for you to enjoy visuals which seem to pop up right at you. Well, here is a clearer image of what the final handset would look like, boasting a committed 3D button that we presume would display 3D subject matter whenever the situation calls for it. As for its specifications that are listed right after the jump, they remain within expectations of a standard handset in South Korea. No notion on pricing, so you will need to check with SK Telecom on its release moment and availability.

The new batch of Google Chrome betas has just been released for Linux, Mac and Windows platforms, featuring claims that they offer major leaps in terms of performance. All three will sport JavaScript engines that run up to 35% faster in benchmarks like SunSpider. Apart from that, the beta releases are touted to double or triple the speed of the original Windows-only beta. Not only that, these pop quiz releases will plus see the integration of Flash, where Adobe’s plugin has been updated to take advantage of Chrome’s own update engine, while offering integrated sandboxing to prevent Flash from crashing the browser or opening safety measure vulnerabilities. No notion on when a final release is ready for the masses, but it does seem to be pretty stable at point of publishing even when in beta.

We don’t blame you whether you feel that way, considering the mass consumer market doesn’t seem to be ready to pick up a 256GB SSD which boasts notes transfer speeds of at least 150MB/s yet at the moment.
While technical details of the upcoming Eee PC 1201K and 1202X haven’t been revealed yet, leaked pictures from the product manual have surfaced, giving us a rough notion of what these notebooks will look like when they’re released. The Eee PC 1201X seems to share the same chassis design as the Eee PC 1201T, though it isn’t clear whether it will continue to use an AMD chipset. The design does show that there will be no HDMI port on it, though. Details of the 1201K are even less, but the strange thing is that there doesn’t seem to be any access panel at the bottom of the computer, which would form upgrading components such as the RAM a lot more troublesome. Are you shopping around for a new netbook at the moment?

We’ve seen the iPad disassembled recently, and now the folks by at iFixit are doing their usual thing with the iPad 3G. While the exterior of the iPad 3G looks more or less the same with the Wi-Fi iPad, the inclusion of the black RF window, for better antenna reception, makes the opening procedure slightly different, as you wouldn’t want to crack it. Thanks to the inclusion of GPS and 3G, the iPad 3G actually sports five antennas: two for the cell reception, one for the GPS signal and two more to handle Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity. Have you received your iPad 3G yet, or are you still deciding whether to get one? In the meantime, our iPad review should give you a pretty good notion of what to expect.

Verizon Wireless will be offering a couple of new handsets from LG that coming May, with the LG Fathom and LG Aloha being mentioned. The former will run on the Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system and feature a touchscreen as well as a keyboard to give you the best of both worlds, while the LG Aloha looks set to be the more favored model considering the rising popularity of Android and the decline of Windows Mobile. We’re looking at Android 2.1 on the Aloha alongside a speedy 1GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera that does 720p video capture as well. No notion in pricing, but it would be nice to see how Verizon spaces the launch periods.
