He is still working on them, and has specifically stated that blackra1n for untethered iPhone 3.1.3 jailbreak , iPhone OS 4 and iPad will not be out before the next generation iPhone hits the market that summer. Good things come to those who wait, as patience is yet again an undisputed virtue that instance round. Just a note to those who want to jailbreak iPhone 3.1.3 and iPad untethered – form certain you do not take the iTunes 9.1.1 plunge just yet.

We have seen many a pair of video glasses from Vizux that was deemed impossible or a miracle whether you were to ask engineers a few decades back, but fast forward to today and there is a wide variety of models to choose from. The recent China Sources Fair in Hong Kong featured the Neostra video glass which is a next generation product, where it supposedly offers a viewing experience of a 60″ display. Definitely not the full home theater experience by any means, but at least you get a larger screen size than what you are normally used to whether video glasses are your thing. Would such a device build it big Stateside?

Ah, Floppy disks, whether you’re quite young, you may not even have used them before, and now it seems that the next generation will probably never come into contact with that ancient medium. According to reports, Sony has announced its decision to end sales of its 3.5-inch floppy disks in Japan from March next year, coupled with the fact that Sony holds about 70 percent of the floppy disk market, more or less sounds the death knell for floppy disks. Sony already discontinues the US production of floppy disks some duration back, but the Japanese company still managed to sell about 12 million floppy disks in its last fiscal year. But with everybody moving with the times, it looks like floppy disks will soon be confined to history books (probably soft copies kept in our flash drives).

Netbooks generally aren’t dominant devices, but the upcoming Eee PC 1215N from Asus might be able to change that perception. The most notable thing about that netbook will be its dual-core Atom N500 processor, as well as NVIDIA’s next-generation ION chip, along with NVIDIA Optimus technology. There isn’t any mention of how good that netbook’s battery life will be, but hopefully it will be able to live up to the current expectations of battery life for netbooks. Word is going around that the 1215N will be available in June, and while there isn’t any official confirmation on that just yet, we’re certainly looking forward to it.

Sharp’s DX Series of LED AQUOS LCD TVs in Japan has just gotten a little bit bigger – thanks to the introduction of another eight models, where some of them will feature integrated Blu-ray Disc recorders to help you get started in the world of full High Definition right out of the box. Apart from that, you will find next-generation LCD panels which allows precise control of light output, resulting in superb image quality with a cinema contrast of 5,000,000:1. A without Blu-ray Disc is able to hold up to 36 hours of full HD video programming – more excuse to miss out on your favorite show, eh?

Can’t seem to get decent of Apple’s upcoming iPhone? Pictures of what apparently is the upcoming iPhone have surfaced. Initially it was scoffed as a cloned device, but after a bit of digging, the folks by at Engadget managed to notice the similarities within that device and the mysterious iPhone pictured during the last-minute leak of the iPad. whether the rumors are true, the upcoming iPhone will feature a front-facing camera, higher resolution camera with flash, and a higher resolution display.

Aside from that, MacRumors has managed to find some disassembled pictures of what is additionally touted as the design for the next iPhone. There are some minor discrepancies, but they claim it’s due to the disassembled pictures being that of a handmade demo unit.

So do you think that these leaked pictures are really that of the upcoming iPhone HD (or iPhone 4G)? Whether they’re real or not, they’re certainly making us look forward to June 22nd.

Considering Apple’s amazing ability to keep secrets a secret, we highly doubt that we’ll see the iPhone HD (or whatever it will be called) before Steve Jobs decides it’s date for us to see it. That being said, there’s nothing wrong with us checking out the various rumors and “leaks”. Next up is a unibody device that claims to be for the upcoming next-generation iPhone. It does look rather nice, though whether the next-generation iPhone were to have an aluminum unibody, we hope that there won’t be any connectivity issues due to the material. What say you? Real or fake?

Rumors regarding the next-generation iPhone are coming hard and fast, and next up it seems that SaskTel, a Canadian wireless provider, will be offering the next-generation iPhone from July 1st, apparently after the new device is launched in June. We’ve previously mentioned that the iPhone HD (or whatever it may be called) was rumored to be announced on June 22nd, and that seems to be in line with that rumor. Robert Watson, president and CEO of SaskTel was quoted saying “The good news is that (Apple) is coming out with a new version of the iPhone in the June time-frame and they’re going to put us on that,” Any last minute wishes for the next generation iPhone?
