Motorola Zeppelin is butt ugly

Just when you thought that Motorola turned the corner with its Droid design, along comes the Motorola Zeppelin which doesn't look likely of winning any beauty contests where Android smartphones are concerned. that handset won't blow your mind away with its design and the same can be said for its specifications, featuring a 3.2" display at 320 × 480 resolution, a 5-megapixel camera, HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity as well as a trackpad. Word has it the Motorola Zeppelin will plus feature their custom Android social networking skin known as Motoblur. Hopefully Motorola will stumble upon their future Razr-like success soon, but the Zeppelin doesn't quite cut the mustard.

HP Notebook Projection Companion

[CES 2010] HP knows that business citizens will need a projector to go along with their presentation slides, as those fancy pico projectors just don't quite cut the mustard - hence resulting in the HP Notebook Projection Companion. Compatible with any notebook or desktop with a VGA connection, that ultra-portable peripheral comes with a relatively small footprint, measuring 3.6" x 1.6" x 4.4" while tipping the scales at less than one pound, making it extremely lightweight and easy to tote around. Interestingly abundant, it shares the same adapter as a HP notebook, letting you travel with less while making a replacement purchase even easier. You get 858 x 600 SVGA native resolution, an 800:1 contrast ratio and a maximum brightness of 100 lumens with the HP Notebook Projection Companion - hardly home theater quality performance, but ought to be more than abundant to show off your business slides with aplomb. It features an LED light source of up to 10,000 hours which is roughly the equivalent of five years of usage. Each purchase of the HP Notebook Projection Companion comes iwth a 65W Smart AC adapter, a quick start guide, a 30-pin video cable, the manual on a CD, an expandable tripod and a road-ready carrying case to get you started.

DigitalRise PC-729 tablet

The DigitalRise PC-729 tablet offers a refreshing look at the tablet market, since it comes with a 7" touchscreen display, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, all powered by an ARM9 processor. One major drawback would be its 128MB RAM which by today's standards, doesn't seem to cut the mustard any more, while its 7" touchscreen display has a relatively low resolution of just 480 x 272 pixels. Would those obvious setbacks cause you to fork out $355 for the DigitalRise PC-729?
