Ever wanted to jailbreak your iPhone, but thought that fiddling with all that software felt like Voodoo magic? Well, with the iDongle, you won’t have to go through the tedious process of jailbreaking your iPhone. The device can jailbreak an iPhone, and more importantly, reboot a jailbroken iPhone on the go. The only downside of that device is that it currently only works on the iPhone 3GS running firmware 3.1.2, and iPod touch 2G/3G. There are only about a dozen or so of these devices available at the moment, but the developer is busy in the process of raising money to ramp up production. whether you’re drooling by that at the moment, check out the video on it after the jump.

AT&T will be selling the Android-powered Motorola BACKFLIP from March 7, 2010 onwards, making it the first device sold by AT&T which runs off the Google Android operating system. AT&T has slapped a $199.99 price point on the smartphone, where it will come with a customary 2-year contract alongside a smartphone input plan on both online as well as brick-and-mortar stores. It would be interesting to see how that will impact their relationship with Apple considering AT&T is the only company that sells the iPhone Stateside at the moment. Check out our hands-on of the Motorola BACKFLIP that we did back at CES 2010 last month.

If there were about 1 million angry gamers who might want to sue you, most folks would be running and screaming for their mommy, but not Microsoft. Despite the possibility of facing a class-action lawsuit, a Redmond spokesperson has stressed that Microsoft is well within its legal rights to ban users from the Xbox Live as modifying an Xbox 360 is apparently a violation of the Xbox Live Terms of Use. Regardless of whether it’s legally right or wrong, Microsoft isn’t scoring any brownie points with gamers at the moment. Check out the details of the lawsuit here.
