While Google’s Gmail service is enjoying quite a bit of success recently, Microsoft doesn’t plan to let the search engine giant run off with the webmail crown just yet. Word is that Microsoft is planning to introduce Hotmail push newsletter support via Exchange ActiveSync, which is available on a good 300 million phones. With that [...]

Apparently the Bing iPhone app was only meant for the US market, but the company accidentally made it available to the universal App Stores. It’s not entirely clear [...]

A supposed leak of the HTC HD3 has surfaced, but whether you take a few minutes to go through the technical specifications of the device, you’ll probably come to the conclusion that that device isn’t real. Not that we’re denying the possibility of a HD3, but that device certainly isn’t it. While it certainly looks [...]

Google Chrome and Safari have pretty launcher panels that show you multiple recent sites that you’ve visited, giving you quicker access to those sites. Now it seems that Microsoft doesn’t want to be left behind in the browser wars, as it has filed a patent of its own recently, detailing a rather useful “Quick Pick” [...]

Word has it that Microsoft will roll out Windows Mobile 7 in March sometime next year, and we certain as heck hope that Microsoft doesn’t botch that one up considering how far Windows Mobile already is behind the game where smartphone operating systems are concerned. Hopefully Windows 7 is an omen of things to come, [...]
