Updated Lightsaber iPhone App Allows You To Duel Via Bluetooth

If you own an iPhone, chances are that you’ve downloaded or at least tried the lightsaber app before. Now, it seems that you’ll be able to check out a new lightsaber app next month, and it’ll support Bluetooth lightsaber duels (yay!) There are 11 new Star Wars characters whose lightsabers you can choose from, but frankly, all we want to do is just defeat a friend with that updated iPhone app and gloat (a lot).

Word is going around that Facebook could be examining the usage of QR codes on its site. In case you aren’t familiar, QR codes are like a 2D bar cipher for your mobile phone, allowing your phone to easily scan the QR cipher and get the knowledge. It seems that Facebook might use these QR codes for profile and status urls, which would probably come in handy whether you fiddle with Facebook a lot on your mobile phone (don’t we all?) Facebook hasn’t officially confirmed or denied that feature just yet, so it certainly seems like there could be a possibility of seeing that feature sometime in the future. whether it were to be implemented, it’ll be interesting to see how it will be used. An example would be businesses could use it to point customers to Facebook pages by embedding the QR codes in TVs and print ads.

JooJoo Tablet Gets A New User Interface And Color Before Launch

While the shipping delay for the JooJoo tablet isn’t ideal, some additional info has surfaced in the meantime, which should keep you going until March 25th. The most interesting deal is that the interface of the device has been updated, and you have to confess, it currently looks a lot nicer than the original interface.
