Folks living in the UK will be able to keep themselves fit and trim thanks to the new Power Plate pro6 which comes in the structure of a vibrating body shaper. It will merge cable-resistance and vibration training with a new, proprietary, technology known as proMOTION, where it comprises of a couple of high strength Vectran cables that are capable of transferring up to 80% of vibrations at high-speed frequency rates straight to the muscles of the arms, back, core and shoulders. Would you cough out GBP1,500 for that? There is no price tag on good health actually when you think about it.

Folks living in the UK will not be able to get their hands on an official HTC Droid Incredible, according to HTC’s Twitter explanation which mentioned that “there is currently no plan for Incredible to go to the UK” – will that translate to the same for other European countries? Possibly, but until something concrete comes up, next we won’t claim that it is the gospel truth. For folks who want an alternative, there is always the HTC Desire to look out for, although you might not be happy that there is no 8-megapixel camera to play around with.

The DataWind Ubisurfer mini laptop aims to be different from the rest since it is not only an affordable portable computing machine, it plus sports a free mobile Web connection – now how about that! Folks living in the UK will be able to bring one home for around £160 (translated to $243), where it is accompanied by up to 30 hours of free Web access monthly. that updated model will replace the Linux-based operating system with Windows CE 6.0, while shipping with SoftMaker Office for your mobile productivity needs. The hardware remains pretty much the same though with a 7″ 800 x 480 resolution display, 128MB RAM and 1GB of flash memory. It surfs via Wi-Fi and GPRS connectivity – woe to whoever that relies on the latter! whether 30 hours per month isn’t suitable to satisfy you, you can always fork out more once the plateau has been breached.

3M expands the pico projector line with the MPro150 model that was specially designed for business applications, although we are still wondering when will the day be when a pico projector offers more than VGA (640 x 480)-quality resolution and 15 ANSI lumens of brightness. Good news for folks living in the UK – the MPro150 is now available in that part of the world, where it is capable of playing nice with Microsoft Office documents and Adobe PDF files as well. Other options are a microSD memory card slot, a mini USB port, VGA, component and a composite connection. Just in case there are no desktop speakers to go along with that, there is always dual 0.5 watt speakers and a headphone jack for your personal listening satisfaction. 3M has plus thrown in 1GB of internal memory that instance round just to get you started right out of the box, coupled with a 2-hour battery life. Interested? The 3M MPro150 is going for $395.

Did our Nokia Booklet 3G review form you determined to get one? Well, whether you’re living in the UK, you’ll be jumping for joy to take in that Nokia has started selling the device on its UK site. While that device sports a 10.1-inch display, 12-hour battery life, Windows 7 Starter edition and a screen that supports 720p videos, you’re probably still going to feel quite a bit of pain when you shell out £649 ($1019) for that device. Do you think it’s going to be worth your money, or would you rather just spend that money and get a more effective machine?

We now have more confirmation on the release of Samsung’s female-centric Diva Collection of cellphones, and Q1 means a January release for folks living in the UK, France, Germany and other European countries. Shortly after the European release, expect similar launches in South East Asia and China. Pricing details have yet to be determined, but you can refer to our earlier post for context on its specifications. Personally, we wonder why there must be a distinct difference in design amidst the genders where cellphones are concerned. After all, whether you were to take a look at things objectively, having the best functionality at a decent price point would be the sweet spot for everyone, whether they wear pants or skirts.

The UK’s National Air Traffic Services (NATS) recently announced that they will offer an affordable auto-warning device that wil further reduce the load on your pockets via free downloadable updates. that auto-warning device aism to prevent private pilots from infringing controlled airspace and/or crashing into obstacles including (but not limited to) factory chimneys and broadcast antennae. According to Gretchen Burrett, NATS safety honcho, “Infringements into controlled airspace are a serious safety concern for private and commercial pilots. In the complex airspace by the UK, it is vital that all aircraft respect airspace boundaries so we can all share the sky safely.” Well, that ought to produce those living in the UK sleep better since it will help reduce the miniscule chance of having a plane crash into your home while you’re in bed.
