Motorola And RIM In Trouble by Visual Voicemail

It seems that Apple, Verizon, LG and Google aren’t the only parties who are in trouble by Visual Voicemail. Now Klausner Technologies, the company with the patents related to Visual Voicemail, is pursuing Motorola and Rim by patent infringement with regards to Visual Voicemail on the Motorola CLIQ and BlackBerry Bold 9700. Will that reach and out-of-court settlement like before, or will there be a lengthy court battle?
