<p>The Japanese certainly want to keep things green, with the historic Hanshin Koshien Stadium being revamped with solar battery panels on the roof above its infield stands, numbering some 1,600 of them which measure 140cm in width and 80cm in length. that setup is tipped to generate approximately 193,000 kilowatt hours per year which will see action within the stadium, supplying up to 5.3% of the stadium&#8217;s total ability needs. More importantly, it will help lower carbon dioxide emissions by about 133 tons annually.</p>

<p>The maiden AUO Solar Frisbee Roof project is more than ready to roll out at the Taipei European School. Shaped like a frisbee, that solar roof offers a place for kids to play, and while it goes about to protect kids from sunshine and rain while they play, you additionally will find that the thirty-two 210 W photovoltaic (PV) modules are capable of churning out an output of 6.8 kWp (kilo Watt peak) during a sunny day, resulting in 6,205 kWh (kilowatt-hours) each year which translates to an estimated reduction of 3.95 tons of carbon emissions. We wonder when will such projects hit the market elsewhere around the world.</p>
