Martin Jetpack up for sale

Always wondered what it felt like to be Buzz Lightyear, soaring to the skies with a rocket backpack? That imagination can be realized whether you're willing to pay top dollar for it, to the tune of $75,000 for the Martin Jetpack. Boasting 200 horses in the chassis, that dual-propeller pack is able to reach heights of up to 2,400 metres and top speeds of 60mph. Best of all is, you won't need a pilot's license to get around in that. How about calling your insurance agent to assemble certain your policy's valid before going out on a spin with that?

Jetlev Flyer ready to be purchased

Jetlev Flyer ready to be purchased

If you happen to have some spare cash lying around in these economically turbulent times and want to splurge on something that none of your buddies have, might we propose a different mode of transport instead of the usual Ferraris and Porsches? We're talking about the Jetlev Flyer here that will require some intestinal fortitude to ride - nay, fly in. Taking out $135,000 from your bank explanation for one of these puppies, you strap on the flying harness and let loose some high-pressure water which will in turn propel you off solid ground and into the sky. Out later that June, you'd best signal your insurance agent before taking that out for a spin.

Car2Go Program Hits The US

The car2go program has finally been launched in Austin, Texas. In case you’re wondering what car2go is about, it’s basically having a assured number of smart fortwo vehicles made available 24/7 within the city to the citizens. When it was launched back in Germany in 2008, it was quite successful, so let’s see whether it can duplicate that success in the US. Rates for the car are charged based on instance, not distance, and the rates are all-inclusive, with the cost of fuel, maintenance and insurance already taken care of.
