Looks like Samsung will be hopping aboard the Windows Phone 7 platform with their handset being paraded for a while at MIX. There are signs that point toward an OLED display, although thanks to the availability of Windows Phone 7 Series minimum requirements does propose at least 256MB RAM, 8GB of flash memory and DirectX9 acceleration. Not only that, you can choose from Intel’s latest Core i3, i5 and i7 processors. Prices start from $768 upwards, and depending on the kind of cash you cough up, it will be reflected in the hardware specifications. Acer Aspire 1820PT is first convertible tablet PC

Acer finally jumps headlong into the convertible tablet PC market with their first product - the Aspire 1820PT. that model seems to be pretty packed to the core, as it sports an 11.6" display at 1,366 x 768 resolution, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor for abundant processing muscle, up to 8GB RAM, a 320GB hard drive, Windows 7, Wi-Fi connectivity, HDMI output, gigabit Ethernet port and an optical audio port. Klipsch Image S4 and Image S4i earbuds

Klipsch has always been synonymous with quality audio products, and their Image S4 and Image S4i earbuds are the latest in a expanded line of offerings to uphold the company's good name and image. The former will come in white and can be pre-ordered, while Apple stores are most likely to have received their Image S4i which comes with an in-line microphone for the iPhone. whether you've been hankering after the Image S4, it is going for $79 while the S4i will be $20 more expensive. Who says black and white aren't chic (TVs not included, of course)?

Texas Instruments nHD chipset announced

[MWC 2010] Texas Instruments has just announced its latest nHD chipset alongside the DLP Pico suite, where the former makes it possible to manufacture the thinnest, smallest DLP Pico engine to period. With nHD production availability expected to start from Q2 of that year onwards, one can expect to see a new range of pico projectors hit the market before the year is by. As seen in the image above, the nHD chip is as small as a grain of rice, and despite its size, is full well capable of offering stunning picture quality. Features of the new DLP Pico solution includes :-
- nHD (640x360) resolution
- Enables leading contrast ratio of better than 1,000:1 for the blackest blacks and most accurate whites
- Enables true RGB LED wide color gamut for rich saturated colors
- Improved ability efficiency and electronic footprint
- Incorporates a new low potential Pico DPP2601/2607 ASIC/Processor
- Enables a greater than 20 percent thinner optical module than WVGA chipset with full offset
- Enables a greater than 50 percent smaller optical module volume than WVGA chipset with full offset
