Undercover sound blanket

Undercover sound blanket

Designer Dana Gordon could have come up with a winner here - we're talking about an Undercover sound blanket which features two dozen wireless speakers that offers the ultimate and intimate music experience, although we do think that a pair of headphones would do just fine as well, while you keep yourself warm and toasty under a nice, wool blanket instead. Ah well, for those who are looking for something different, that one fits the bill perfectly since it features cleverly concealed wireless speakers to merge both design and operate in a individual bedding item. We like the way volume is controlled - pull the right upper corner of the blanket to increase its volume, while the left upper corner will lower the loudness.

iPhone icon magnets, Guitarbud, and OS 4.0 rumors

March 11, 2010

If you are a huge fan of the iPhone and you need more magnets to stick on your fridge Jailbreak Toys has your item. The company has a set of magnets selling for about $13 that has all the iPhone home page icons on individual magnets.

Guitarists that would like to be able to record their jam session on the iPhone have a new cable that allows just that. The cable is called the Guitarbud and lets an electric guitar be connected to the iPhone along with a set of headphones.

This summer when Apple is rumored to be offering the iPhone OS 4.0 update, said update is supposed to include multitasking support. The ability to reply a signal or text without leaving a game or webpage I am using would be brilliant.

Street Headphones Allow You To Customize Text On The Headband

Street Headphones Allow You To Customize Text On The Headband

Here’s a rather interesting headphone design, the Street Headphone. It has a laser sintered polyamide outer shell, which is made using the rapid manufacturing process. With that in place, customers are able to personalize the own outer shell of the headphones, and have something custom etched on it, be it lyrics, your name, or whatever you feel like. The only downside is that these headphones will cost you a good €833 ($1,140), which is more than most public will pay for a pair of headphones. Of course, whether you’re really into customization, soon after you’re probably prepared to pay the price.

Ringtone supposedly cleans up your nose

Ringtone supposedly cleans up your nose

Ringtones used to be just that - a ditty that alerted you of an incoming phone shout or notice. Well, fast forward to today and you have Index Corporation of Japan introducing a new range of ringtone collections known as "Hana Sukkiri Melody”, or "Cleared up nostril" melody after translation. Apparently, that ringtone is able to assemble a nose resonate at the same frequency with pollens adherent inside your nasal cavity, letting them fall down eventually thanks to the use of 27 variations of frequency from 420Hz to 1070Hz. You seriously think that that would work? Why not come up with a pair of headphones which resonate at the right level to get rid of all the ear wax within?

Concept headphones captures images as well

Just when you thought that all a pair of headphones do would be to play back your favorite tunes while blocking out noise from the outside world, along comes that concept that not only does that but offers a built-in 10.1-megapixel digital camera on one side along with a digital image projector on the other side. Basically, that means you can record whichever direction you're looking at while projecting the video later on at another operate. Apart from that, P2P capability ensures you will be able to achieve self-moving wireless uploading of recorded videos and snapped photos to the World Wide Web. Doesn't look like it is going to come out anytime soon though - bummer.
