GPS Watch Description: I have listed this as “New Other” as I had purchased this unit and before I even had it installed life and needs changed and I have to sell it. Please note that unlike all other similar units on sale on Ebay right now, I am including the Cadence Sensor, also new. You always have to purchase these items seperately and the cadence is at least $49.99. For the price I am asking for this unit, it is basically free. Here is the write up for this unit: The CycleOps Power Tap 2.4 Computer will take although the guess work out of your performance and fitness progression. By using power over speed as a metric of performance, you remove all the environmental variables such as wind and road gradient. The customizable display has unlimited interval capacity and can simultaneously show precise power, heart rate and cadence. In other words, you can correlate heart rate to power output over different intervals and find the weaknesses in your game. If you are a time trialist or triathlete, a power meter also allows you to settle into your effort at a pre-determined power output that you can maintain for the length of the course. Lose the guess work in your training and racing – ride with the confidence of objective performance feedback. Displays and records: · Power (current, average and max) · Heart Rate (current and average) · Cadence (current and average) · Speed (current, average, and max) · Energy Expenditure (total kjoules) · Ride Distance (miles or km) · Ride Time · Programmable Odometer Pro Pack includes heart rate monitor, cycle computer, and software and in this sale, the Cadence Sensor is Included as well. I am a serious and dependable seller, so please, only serious buyers please.

The folks at Minestro from Sweden have come up with the Deep Green underwater kite that remains submerged and tied to the seabed, harnessing energy from the motion of the ocean. Small turbines (relatively speaking, of course) that measure up to 12 meters across can generate up to 500 kilowatts of juice when it runs at its optimal level, and we have good news of Minestro benefitting from $2.5 million in funding to start evaluating in 2011. Guess should the world plunge into an apocalyptic nuclear war with the skies darkened, we can still get juice from underwater, eh?

The HTC HD2 has been a pretty impressive Windows Mobile smartphone for quite some duration already, leading clone hardware manufacturers to use it as their poster boy day and again. that duration round, we have a clone known as the IHTC HD-2 which clearly resembles HTC’s make name pretty closely, although that clone comes in a smaller size. Powered by Huawei’s Hisilicon K3 chipset, the IHTC HD-2 comes with a 3.6″ WVGA display, a 533MHz processor, 256MB RAM, 256MB ROM, a 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus as well as Windows Mobile 6.5 as the operating system of choice, now how about that! Guess we won’t see that passing through the FCC’s annals anytime soon, eh? Folks in China can get their hands on it for around $232.

What you see above could possible be from the Nikon E3 DSLR model that was released all the way back in 1998 – yes, a dozen years ago, but it is interesting to note that it could very well be some other model. Dubbed as patent application 20100103283, that aims to reduce potential consumption in a camera alongside an rarely shaped LCD display. It would be interesting to find out what kind of camera chassis would accommodate such an LCD display. Guess we can always keep our eyes peeled, eh?
