Guess the Nook is the Wii of last year – it is already sold out for the holidays according to the B&N Web site. You’ll be greeted by the note, “The hottest holiday gift is out of stock. Order the Nook today to be first in line for the new year.” on their page, which is somewhat similar to what happened when the Kindle ran out of stock. Amazingly adequate, Barnes & Noble has yet to ship a without unit of the Nook, making us excited to see the full sales figure potential of the Nook in the distant run. Would those who are disappointed prepare the jump to the Amazon Kindle instead as their second-choice ebook reader?
