iPad Description: I’ve owned this Apple iPad (16GB Wi-Fi) for approximately 2 months. The device is amazing! However, after using it for a while, I decided that I can get by without it since I already have an iPhone 4. I’m including the original box, the adapter, and the Apple-made iPad case that retails at 39.00. The case has some wear to it. For some reason, it seems to like to retain marks and stains. But, the iPad is in excellent shape. The back of the iPad has minimal wear, none of which impacts the functionality of the device. This will be a great deal for someone who wants to buy an iPad without paying full, retail price. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Check out the Monami docking station that holds a 2TB external hard drive as its primary storage medium, accompanied by USB hub functionality and a quartet of USB ports, where three of those are kept well hidden from view, while one of them is mounted on top. The top port will play nice with the accompanying 16GB USB flash drive, while a downfiring USB speaker further extends the audio range of your computer’s speakers, regardless of whether they are from the PC or Mac camps. Do you have an itching for that concept to be realized?

CoPilot hopes to stumble upon a goldmine with a committed version of their satellite navigation software on the Apple iPad, where it will be known as the CoPilot Live HD. that version is a high resolution edition of the company’s iPhone CoPilot Live app, where it was specially designed to work on the iPad 3G. All street maps will be stored on the device, where the app will form full use of the iPad 3G’s integrated GPS receiver. There is additionally an exclusive iPad operate – a new split screen driving view that merges uncluttered 3D or 2D map displays with clear, non-distracting turn directions. You will be able to switch among portrait and landscape automatically, while retaining the pinch-zoom functionality and access to iPod music controls from within the app just like on the iPhone. whether you want to use the app with the iPad Wi-Fi version, next you will need to fork out more dough for a separate GPS dongle such as the Posimotion G-Fi.

Many of you might already know that the 3.21 firmware update for Sony’s PlayStation 3 disables the OtherOS functionality from the console, which effectively means that you can’t install Linux on it anymore. While hackers have been busy enabling the feature back on the console, some consumers think it’s better to file a class action lawsuit against the company, as in the case of Anthony Venture who has done just that. The lawsuit covers all PS3 consoles purchased from November 17th 2006 to March 27th 2010. The lawsuit calls for compensatory damages, restitution, injunctive relief and legal fees to be paid by Sony, and a figure of $5 million has been mentioned. Do you think it’s within Sony’s rights to remove the OtherOS functionality from the PS3 via a firmware update?

Developers out there will want to take note that Apple has started to seed Mac OS X 10.6.4 beta for developers. The current build being seeded is build 10F37 which apparently focuses on graphics drivers, SMB, instance Machine backups, USB and VoiceOver functionality. One of the known issues is one that is related to password requests when a user launches iChat. The official release moment for the OS hasn’t been announced yet, but possibly we’ll get a tip in the upcoming WWDC in June.

While most companies would be overjoyed at high demand it seems like the folks by at Spotify received too much of a good thing. The latest Spotify update, 0.4.3, which adds social functionality and the ability to play MP3s from your hard drive, was pulled from the site due to overwhelming demand. The 0.3.23 update is currently listed on the site, but that’s not what you’re looking for, right? Of course, you do have an alternative until the company decides to put it back up. whether your friend has downloaded it, you can always ask them to send it by to you, considering the update is pretty small at 4MB. Alternatively you could seek out some folks who have uploaded the update online, but do bear in mind that downloading random programs off the Net isn’t very safe, and we don’t recommend it whether you aren’t certain what you’re doing.

Official statement.

The Samsung Exec, plus known as the SCH-i225, is now available for U.S. Cellular subscribers who want something decent and yet affordable. The Exec will throw in the functionality of a smartphone without bulking up the structure factor, running on Windows Mobile 6.5 which offers rudimentary access to Outlook ActiveSync support, Office documents and World Wide Web Explorer among others. It will connect to the CDMA 1x EVDO band and runs on a 667MHz processor, accompanied by a 2.4″ display at 320 × 240 resolution, GPS navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, a 2-megapixel camera and a microSD memory card slot. How much for a basic smartphone like that? Expect to fork out $99.95 on a two-year contract and after a $70 mail-in rebate.
