While hackers have been busy enabling the feature back on the console, some consumers think it’s better to file a class action lawsuit against the company, as in the case of Anthony Venture who has done just that. The lawsuit covers all PS3 consoles purchased from November 17th 2006 to March 27th 2010. The lawsuit calls for compensatory damages, restitution, injunctive relief and legal fees to be paid by Sony, and a figure of $5 million has been mentioned. Developers out there will want to take note that Apple has started to seed Mac OS X 10.6.4 beta for developers. The current build being seeded is build 10F37 which apparently focuses on graphics drivers, SMB, instance Machine backups, USB and VoiceOver functionality. One of the known issues is one that is related to password requests when a user launches iChat. The official release moment for the OS hasn’t been announced yet, but possibly we’ll get a tip in the upcoming WWDC in June.
