Pictures of the BlackBerry 9670 clamshell running OS 6 surfaced a few days ago, though the quality of the pictures was so poor that they were more or less considered to be fakes. Now more pictures have surfaced, showing the phone much clearer, and seems to match up to those pictures as shown in the earlier leak. So do you think that we’ll be seeing a BlackBerry 9670 running OS 6 anytime soon, possibly on Verizon Wireless?

Folks who are looking forward to getting hold of Microsoft’s Kin One and Kin Two phones should be jumping for joy at the latest leak. According to an internal Verizon e mail, both devices will be going up for pre-order on May 6th, and will be launched on all channels on May 13th. As with all the leaks that go around, there isn’t any way to confirm it, but considering that May 6th is just around the corner, we should be able to know whether that turns out to be true in just a few days. We already knew that Windows Live Wave 4 was on its way, and now screenshots of an official Windows Live Messenger app for the iPhone have surfaced, and it looks really good. According to the leak, the app will be arriving in June, along with the rest of Windows Live Wave 4, meaning that it’s just a few months away. There could even be a possibility of Microsoft unveiling the next generation Windows Live Messenger by the next few days, but you can be certain that a lot of folks are looking forward to the iPhone app.

Google, the search engine giant, has just rolled out a new feature that might be of interest of the huge number of Twitter users out there. Google’s latest update to its search engine allows you to zoom to any point in date and “replay” what folks were saying publicly about a topic on Twitter. Currently Google is offering tweets all the way back to Feb 11th, 2010, but there are plans to extend the archive back to March 21st, 2006. The feature is currently rolling out, and should be available globally in English by the next few days. One of the best uses of that feature would be to explore “how the news broke” about something; after all, we know that an harmless tweet about something can spiral into a whole different topic. What will Google do next?
