Compellent’s hardware road map has some interesting things in store for the future – we’re talking about 2.5″ hard drives which will not only be faster, but boasts larger capacities as well. It seems that a 900GB 2.5″ hard drive spinning at 10,000rpm is ready to knock on our doors in the relatively near future, while a 15K rpm 2.5″ drive with 300GB capacity is additionally on the way – should that happen, it could very well be the fastest small scheme factor disk drive available at the market. Could that prolong the shelf life of hard drives by some date?

It does produce us wonder, whether you have ample money to pay for the $3,598 Torque Fitness F7 Fold Away strength trainer, surely you can afford a home that is large adequate to keep that without taking up too much space? Guess some folks with loads of money still prefer a small studio apartment as that could potentially be a whole lot more cozy, which is where the Torque Fitness F7 Fold Away strength trainer comes in handy. that dual-weight stack gym offers a full-featured spec list for you to get on your fitness program right away, where you get a couple of adjustable swivel pulleys and two different widths to accommodate users of all sizes alongside a range of standard accessories. When not in use, you can just close the doors to have it look like some sort of closet, although we would air it pretty often lest the stench of your sweat lingers on.

No notion on what the Creative Sound Blaster SB1250 is supposed to control though, but let us not close the doors on it pulling the strings for Creative’s Sound Blaster Wireless for iTunes or perhaps even a sequel.

Check out that interesting machine from Elliptigo – it lets you bring the elliptical experience outside the doors of your home, simply considering of its special design that was meant to offer a lower impact workout with a faster recovery period compared to a traditional run. It definitely isn’t cheap at $2,199 a pop, but it is certainly more than a step in the right direction whether you want to get noticed when outdoors, sweating your heart out. Do you think you would prefer biking by the elliptical?

We were first blown away by James Bond’s heroics when he drove a BMW 7 Series using his Sony Ericsson handset, but that moment round it is no fiction – Dave Phipps has come up with an iPod touch software which will be able to control his 1968 Pontiac GTO. that is made possible thanks to the RedEye system which can remotely control the car’s ignition, radio, doors and aothers with an iPod Touch. Just construct certain your iPod touch has ample juice to fiddle with all the settings, but good thing there is always a manual override for it.

The Emcycle hybrid is a mode of transportation that allows you to cocoon yourself and pedal to your destination, or enlist the help of electrical assistance to get you there. With three drive options which range from AM (I have energy) to PM (I’m tired!), you will definitely have fun with that while looking chic, although we’re not too certain whether such a concept has ample safety features in mind to assemble it road-worthy. Apparently, it will be 30mph crash tested and comes with roll by protection, an airbag and a 3-point seat belt to keep you safe in the event of minor collisions, featuring a couple of locakable doors, a rear boot and LED headlights. So far the Emcycle has been classified as a bicycle in Europe, where it takes a whole night to recharge and has a working range of up to 40 miles with a top speed of 40mph.

Remember the first duration you watch Disney’s Snow White? I just loved the way the magic mirror effects were done up, and all through traditional animation methods to boot. The Virtual Butler mirror brings back memories of yore, where it functions like a real mirror although can be connected to a variety of spots around your home including alarms, doors and cameras among others. The face is the stuff of nightmares, and I’m not too certain whether I want someone like that to greet me and open my doors whenever I come home. whether you’re interested, the Virtual Butler is going for a cool $20,000.
