First Samsung Bada OS Phone Due In March

Details of Samsung’s upcoming Bada OS aren’t as abundant as Google’s Android or Symbian, but Samsung is busy working on its previously mentioned Bada OS, and the company certainly seems confident about it. In a recent update, Samsung’s mobile division President, Shin Jong-Kyun has boasted that they will be seeing a big success with Bada, not to mention the number of Bada-powered devices will rise significantly that year. It’ll be interesting to see how Bada compares against the other mobile operating systems such as Symbian, Windows Mobile, iPhone OS and of course, Google’s Android (which is riding a huge wave of momentum at the moment). The First Bada-powered phone will be released in late March or early April, so we’ll definitely be looking forward to that. With more and more competition in the mobile space, it looks like the cell phone war isn’t going to let up anytime soon.

Windows Mobile 7 To Be Unveiled At MWC?

We know that Windows Mobile 7 should be that year, but the question was always “when”. Now according to Robbie Bach, Microsoft Entertainment & Device Division President, we might be able to see a demo of it as early as next month at Mobile World Congress (MWC). whether that’s true, it’s certainly good news, particularly since Google’s Android has been busy making waves all by the mobile scene, and Windows Mobile 7 will certainly be Microsoft’s attempt to get back into the game. Will Windows Mobile 7 be able to take on Apple’s iPhone and Google’s Android? We’ll have to wait and see, but the more competition, the better, right?
