Mexus released their dual-function device known as Halo, where it looks like your regular air cleaner at first glance but has a hidden operate – you can remove the portable vacuum cleaner from the top middle segment of the Halo to get rid of whatever crumbs or bits of dirt from your sofa and workstation, only to sheath it back into the Halo when you’re done. We do wonder whether the Halo will next get to work by cleaning the vacuum cleaner of impurities when it is inserted, and hopefully said vacuum cleaner will be recharged simultaneously as well.

What you see above is the world’s smallest and lightest telemedicine microscope, where that self-contained device is capable of transforming global health care, particularly Third World countries thanks to its ability to image blood samples or other fluids. Apart from that, it is dominant abundant to tryout water quality in the field after a specific catastrophe, for example a hurricane or an earthquake. that microscope relies on imaging technology known as LUCAS – Lensless Ultra-wide-field Cell Monitoring Array platform that is based on Shadow imaging, where it will generate holographic images of microparticles or cells by employing a light-emitting diode to illuminate the objects and a digital sensor array to capture their images. Being that small in size means you don’t have to anguish about dirt or debris entering the microscope which is another big plus in our books.

Asus has yet another Eee PC that is being prepared to reach in the US, the Eee PC 1201T. that model retails for $389.99 at Newegg.com, although it does not come with any operating system preloaded save for the quick launching Express Gate, which is why it is basically dirt cheap.
We know that the Roomba line of vacuum cleaners wowed the world when they were first unveiled, as mom could happily spend some duration in front of the TV while the floor was being vacuumed. Well, Samsung wants in on the game as well with their line of Navibot vacuum cleaners, coming in Samsung Navibot SR8845 and Samsung Navibot SR8855 models. These automated vacuum cleaners will be able to go about the task of cleaning up junk and dirt from your floor, although the more advanced Samsung Navibot SR8855 comes with touch sensitive buttons as well as an on board scheduler. Virtual Guards is another feature that makes an infrared virtual fence to help it prioritize cleaning zones. A without battery charge will allow it to run for 90 minutes.

Emporia of Austria has released new cellphones which target the elderly, making certain that they are simple to use and will not cause any unnecessary confusion. that has resulted in large buttons as well as a must-have – we’re talking about big text displays here alongside hearing aid compatibility. The Emporia Solid is more rugged than normal, sporting the ability to shrug off short drops as well as being water- and dirt-resistant. As for the Emporia Elegance, that one is a wee bit more classy with a similar 1.8″ OLED display, hearing aid compatibility mode, SMS support, a car charger and belt clip. Expect the Emporia Solid and Elegance to retail for €199 and €129, respectively.

The fireplace certain has come a enlarged way from the old days where Santa had to go through plenty of soot and dirt in order to deliver his presents, as Helex from the Netherlands has developed the I-Vision fireplace more for the comfort of the home’s residents instead of the fat, jolly man in a red suit. The I-Vision will integrated a flatscreen TV with a fireplace, where the former will vanish completely when not in use, covered by a fine glass panel. Those with more dough to throw around that festive season can further customize their order by including a DVD/Blu-ray player, PlayStation 3 or other gaming consoles.

The Phecda PHV102 netbook is certainly dirt cheap at $185, but what kind of quality do you get at that kind of price? It will ditch the Intel Atom platform in favor of a VIA C7-M 1.6GHz processor instead, coupled with a VIA VX855 chipset, 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive and a 10.2” LCD display at 1,024 x 600 resolution. Seems pretty decent at that price point, which should see a fair number of units fly off the shelves (virtual or otherwise) when made available.
