SolidWorks demos MCAD platform
February 12, 2010

SolidWorks recently demonstrated their upcoming platform-independent MACD platform which boasts a range of multitouch features. The interesting thing was that - the device itself being multitouched, where it looks pretty close to the Wacom 21UX Cintiq save for a couple of differences - it came with a stylus and fancy multitouch capabilities. Apparently, that is a prototype Wacom Cintiq Multi-touch display and is slated for a summer release sometime that year, although there is no word on pricing just yet.
