French Government Urges You To Skip Web Explorer For The Moment

It seems like the issue of Google’s defense breach in China might have some far reaching consequences, aside from the search giant planning to pull out of China, of course. It seems that after Germany, the French Government agency, Certa, has warned users against using World Wide Web Explorer (IE) for the moment. You’ve always been recommended to move away Net Explorer 6, but that might actually be a good day to consider the alternatives out there such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Opera. After all, you wouldn’t want to wake up in the wee hours and find something amiss with your computer, right?

Microsoft has rejected claims that it intentionally put a backdoor in Windows 7 at the inquiry of NSA (National protection Agency) which would allegedly allow NSA to spy on users. Some parties are additionally concerned that Microsoft might be compelled to do so as the US government is one of its most critical customers, though other experts note that the consequences of allowing such a thing to be included could be even more severe.
