iPad Description: Apple Ipad 16gb + wifi A large, high-resolution LED-backlit IPS display, an incredibly responsive Multi-Touch screen and an amazingly powerful Apple-designed chip. All in a design that’s thin and light enough to take anywhere. iPad isn’t just the best device of its kind. It’s a whole new kind of device. Please see all the great specs of the item below, features, shipping, returns and manufacturer warranty =) Wi-Fi Connectivity With built-in 802.11n, iPad takes advantage of the fastest Wi-Fi networks. It automatically locates available Wi-Fi networks, which you can join with a few taps and get a fast connection for surfing the web, downloading email or getting directions. LED-Backlit IPS Display The high-resolution, 9.7-inch LED-backlit IPS display on iPad is remarkably crisp and vivid, which makes it perfect for web browsing, watching movies or viewing photos. With iPad, there is no up or down. It’s designed to show off your content in portrait or landscape orientation with every turn. And because it uses a display technology called IPS (in-plane switching), it has a wide, 178° viewing angle. So you can hold it almost any way you want and still get a brilliant picture, with excellent color and contrast. Multi-touch The Multi-Touch screen on iPad is based on the same revolutionary technology on iPhone. But the technology has been completely re-engineered for the larger iPad surface, making it extremely precise and responsive. So whether you’re zooming in on a map, flicking through your photos or deleting an email, iPad responds with incredible accuracy. And it does just what you want it to. Performance The A4 chip inside iPad was custom-designed by Apple engineers to be extremely powerful yet extremely power efficient. The performance is unlike anything you’ve ever seen on a touch-based device, which makes iPad fantastic for everything from productivity apps to games. At the same time, the A4 chip is so power efficient that it helps iPad get up to 10 hours of battery life on a single charge. iBooks Download the iBooks app free from the App Store and download your favorite books and they appear on your bookshelf. You can start reading right away. Unlike a paper book — or ebooks on other devices — you can change iBooks on iPad to suit the way you read. Turn iPad to portrait to view a single page. Or view two pages at once by rotating to landscape. Change the text size. Even change the font. Accessibility iPad comes standard with accessibility featuring VoiceOver, a screen reader that speaks 21 languages and works with all of the applications built on iPad, along with Mono Audio, Closed Captioning, White on Black, and other innovative universal access features. All these features make iPad easier to use for people who have a vision impairment, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have a physical or learning disability.
British designer Alice Davies came up with the Virgin Media Laptop concept that offers a teaching tool that comes in a retro design, although it packs in contemporary day technology such as Bluetooth connectivity for hands-free moments – perfect when you need to demonstrate a concept or view using both hands for gesticulation plans, while laying the Virgin Media Laptop on the table comfortably. Typing can be achieved via a remote control as enlarged as it remains within working distance, while the built-in Virgin Media Broadband device makes way for fast World Wide Web navigation. It will probably rely on induction charging should that device be realized, doing away with the need for more wires. Do you think that will catch on?

The Wi-Fi Alliance has certified the Samsung E65, where that device is not a cellphone but actually an ebook reader, making it the successor to Samsung’s first E60 ebook reader, albeit sporting a full QWERTY keyboard instead of the sliding anatomy factor. You get a 6″ e-ink display that boasts support for an electromagnetic resonance (EMR) stylus pen, coupled with text-to-speech, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, and MP3 playback capability among others. No doubt it has decent hardware to get you started, but will its substance delivery system be good adequate to keep up with the competition?

Seagate just launched FreeAgent GoFlex, a new line of external hard drives that can connect to most interfaces (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, FireWire 400, FireWire 800, and eSATA) so that users get the most of the connectivity they have on their computers. To achieve that, the Seagate GoFlex comes with many types of cables and is arguably ready for future ports.

For Mac Users, there’s an interesting NTFS driver for Mac, which means that you can use a Windows-formatted (NTFS) drive on Mac, without re-formatting it — except whether you plan to use the drive with date Machine.

The flexibility comes as a price however: the price per GB is higher than competing legacy products. That’s expected from that type of product, so it’s up to you to balance your desire for flexibility and the price that you are willing to pay for it. 5400rpm drives: 320GB ($99.99), 500GB ($139.99), 750GB ($179.99), and 1TB ($229). 7200rpm drives: 500GB ($159.99) and 750GB ($199.99).

MSI has revealed that it has a new CX705MX notebook that will come with a 512MB Radeon HD 545V graphics chipset, offering more than adequate juice for folks who are on a tight budget to handle HD videos on its 17.3″ 1,600 x 900 resolution display. To invent certain that great visuals go along with a decent level of audio, there are a couple of 2W speakers accompanied by a subwoofer to keep things going. No concept on the kind of Intel Core 2 Duo processor used underneath the chassis, but we do know that the CX705MX will run on Windows 7 Home Premium with a 250GB or optional 320GB or 500GB hard drive. Other specifications include a 4-in-1 memory card reader, HDMI output, VGA output, three USB ports and an Ethernet port, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity, and a 1.3-megapixel webcam. No concept on pricing or availability though.

The Asus Eee PC Seashell 1005PR has finally gone official, where it will run with Broadcom’s Crystal HD Accelerator within alongside an Intel Atom N450 processor, accompanied by your regular netbook specifications including a 10.1″ display at 1,366 x 768 resolution and HD audio for that added zing whenever you want to enjoy multimedia intensive audio and video on the go. According to Asus, the 1005PR will sport up to 11 hours of battery life, but soon after again that is a best case scenario under ideal conditions, so expect real world performance to be a whole lot less. Other features include Wi-Fi N connectivity, Bluetooth v2.1 support and Asus’ proprietary Super Hybrid Engine that tailors energy consumption patterns to suit any task at hand, resulting in optimized energy efficiency and reduced potential usage by up to 15%. You can pick up the Eee PC Seashell 1005PR for $399.99. Looks like there are adequate features at that price point to warrant a purchase, where most of the bang for your buck comes in the mold of the Crystal HD Accelerator. Were you one of the early birds who placed a pre-order?

Transcend has rolled out its latest StoreJet 25D2 portable hard drive that comes in a 2.5″ design factor, where it hooks up to your computing machine of your choice via USB 2.0. We would very much have preferred to see it come with USB 3.0 connectivity, but we guess until that platform becomes mainstream, USB 2.0 will still be here at least for a while. Its exterior comes with a mirror-like high gloss finish, but despite the fragile appearance, it is firm and rugged with an advanced internal hard drive suspension system that prevents damage caused by accidental slips or falls when traveling. The inclusion of anti-slip rubber feet plus ensures a stable base for the StoreJet 25D2 to rest on a flat surface. To further strengthen its case, it comes with an motorized power-saving sleep mode after ten minutes of inactivity, letting you save up to 30% of juice. Each purchase comes with Transcend`s own StoreJet Elite software and 256-bit AES encryption, where you can choose from 250GB, 320GB, 500GB and 640GB capacities.

While there isn’t any device out there to seriously challenge Apple’s iPad at the moment, the upcoming S-Pad from Samsung might be able to give it a good run for its money. According to the latest reports, the Korean manufacturer is gearing up to launch the S-Pad in early August, which isn’t that far off. whether the rumored specifications are true, the device will be powered by Google’s Android OS, and sport a 7-inch Super AMOLED display, as well as built in Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity. Will it be good decent to topple Apple’s iPad? We’ll have to wait and see, won’t we?
