This just goes to show that scientists love Space Invaders too. It may not look like a perfect alien from Space Invaders, but considering that it’s made from glowing bacteria, we’re certain that you’re willing to disregard the imperfections. These pixels are actually genetically engineered bacteria, which are credited to Team Osaka, at the nanobiology laboratories at the University of Osaka, Japan. Now you know what they do late at night at the labs, right?

Worst USB gadget yet: USB Alien with randomly popping inner mouth!

This "USB Alien with Illuminated Tongue," doesn't store input. It's not a hub. So what does it do? Well, all it does is randomly pop out its inner mouth, which lights up in red when it does so.

Jabba The Hut Cake

We’re not certain whose dream it is to have a Jabba the Hutt cake. A Princess Leia cake we can understand (and appreciate), but a cake of a slimy green alien? You’ll probably prove yourself to be one of the most fanatical Star Wars fans whether you’re happy to wolf down that cake. You have to give it points for effort though, right?
