Organic flash memory

The boffins at University of Tokyo have manged to develop the "organic flash memory," a non-volatile memory which boasts a similar basic structure as flash memory despite being made out of organic materials. Both erasing and reading voltages of the new flash memory can go as low as 6V and 1V, respectively. Apart from that, notes can be written in and erased from the memory for by a thousand times without any problems. that unprecedented level of flexibility allows the flash memory to see action for large-area sensors, electronic
paper and other large-area electronic devices assuming its memory retention day is able to be extended. Since it is organic, does that mean you can use that as some sort of techno-fertilizer once it has run its course?Permalink: Organic flash memory from Ubergizmo | Hot: Nokia Booklet 3G Review
