NorhTech Gecko Edubook unboxing

We covered the Gecko Edubook from NorhTech half a year ago, where the most interesting aspect of it was the ability to run on AA batteries. that unit that arrived at Liliputing's doorsteps comes with 512MB RAM alongside an 8GB SD memory card, a trio of USB 2.0 ports, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, microphone and headphone jacks alongside an 8.9" display at 1,024 x 600 resolution. whether you don't want to use NiMH AA batteries to run it, there is always the option of purchasing Lithium Polymer battery packs that supply more punch.

No ability bricks here to concern about, since the ability cable will plug straight into the Gecko Edubook itself. that will probably be a success in emerging markets, but we don't see it making any headway in mature and developed segments.
