Folks at the FCC have delibrated by approving the Nokia X3, and suffice to say their delibrations has resulted in a positive response, which means we could very well be looking at the X3′s release Stateside pretty soon although nothing’s been confirmed just yet. that Symbian S40-powered handset will come with Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity, an integrated stereo FM radio, stereo speakers, committed music keys, a 3.5mm headset jack, a 2.2″ QVGA display,
