Nationwide BIS outage
Hmmm, it seems as though BIS mail is down and out for majority of carriers across the US and in selected parts of Canada. While nobody is able to receive newsletter, one can still prepare use of browser, BlackBerry Messenger, voice and SMS services. No exact word on when things started to go awry, and neither is there data on when things will be
