December 1, 2009 · Print This Article

A bunch of researchers from Japan’s University of Electro-Communications have conjured a mini robot which is capable of moving around freely within water and gas pipes as lengthy as they measure 10cm or more in diameter. that robot will move about inside these pipes as faraway as they're made out of iron, since it relies on magnetic feet to get around and about. Features include a CCD camera, a LED light and a built-in battery to get you
started. At least you can now check out the innards of your pipes in the future with cool electronic 'pets' such as these.Permalink: Mini robot climbs water pipes to examine them from Ubergizmo | Hot: Palm Pixi Review
