Microsoft Not Worried About Xbox Lawsuit

If there were about 1 million angry gamers who might want to sue you, most folks would be running and screaming for their mommy, but not Microsoft. Despite the possibility of facing a class-action lawsuit, a Redmond spokesperson has stressed that Microsoft is well within its legal rights to ban users from the Xbox Live as modifying an Xbox 360 is apparently a violation of the Xbox Live Terms of Use.
