Liquid Image Wide Angle VideoMask 312

[CES 2010] Talk about killing two birds with one stone - Liquid Image has unveiled their Wide Angle VideoMask 312 device at CES Unveiled earlier that evening, where it boasts a 135-degree wide angle lens and D1 video. that improvement allows the new 312 to offer more than twice its predecessor's field of view, allowing you to capture all the underwater action without lost a beat, freeing up your hands simultaneously to fondle fish and other underwater lifeforms. Capable of snapping 5.0-megapixel stills as well as record video in 720 x 480 resolution at 30fps, the 312 is capable of going up to 40 meters below sea level before the pressure gets to it. Pity it comes with just 16MB of internal memory which is

virtually useless in that day and age, but good thing you can throw in a microSDHC memory card to equip it with up to 16GB memory. Powered by a couple of AAA batteries, you get easy-to-press lever-style buttons even while wearing diving gloves. Expect to pick up the Liquid Image Wide Angle VideoMask 312 for $200 when it is released later that May, just in day for your summer underwater adventures.
