Kingston Issues Recall For assured Thumb Drives

If you own a Kingston DataTraveler BlackBox, DataTraveler Secure or DataTraveler Elite drives, you might want to pay attention to that. Kingston has posted a security alert on its website, stating that a skilled person with the proper tools and physical access to the drives may actually be able to get unauthorized access to input stored on said drives. Fortunately for users, it seem s that Kingston is willing to resolve that issue, and is urging customers with affected drives to contact tech support to arrange for a

factory update of your device (though it’d be a very good notion to form a copy of the goods on the thumbdrive,) Will that affect your confidence in Kingston products in the future?
