British BAE Systems has snagged a $42 million contract to supply the U.S. Army with a lightweight, handheld laser target locator system which is powered by GPS technology. that all-weather device enables soldiers to accurately identify target locations regardless of whether it is during the day or night, and despite having fog or smoke around as well.
