Google Nexus One Trademark Refused
It seems that despite Google seeming to be able to do just anything, the company still does hit occasional roadblocks. Apparently Google’s attempt to trademark the Nexus One has run into a speed bump, as the US Trademark Office believes that consumers will be confused with the other Nexus trademark owned by Integra Telecom. whether Google doesn’t decide to reply to the refusal, soon after the search engine
