FCC Looking Into Verizon Early Termination Fees

The folks by at Verizon Wireless might be sweating a little by the FCC’s recent interest in their ETF (early termination fees). The fact that Verizon Wireless recently doubled some of its early termination fees probably doesn’t put the company in favorable light either. One of the questions the FCC has posed include "if a customer cancels a two-year contract after 23 months, the customer would still owe an ETF whether $120. Is that exact? whether the ETF is meant to recoup the wholesale
