[CES 2010] We've seen our fair share of Eye-Fi devices in the past, and that duration round the company has unveiled its latest product - the 8GB Eye-Fi Pro X2. Powered by Eye-Fi's proprietary X2 engine, it brings high-end memory card performance to another level by keeping shutterbugs happy with its increased storage capacity and Class 6 performance that provides superior read/write speeds, alongside even zippier wireless photo and video uploads and increased Wi-Fi range thanks to its 802.11n radio within. Another feature that will keep users of the new Eye-Fi Pro X2 happy would be the Endless Memory mode that allows the Eye-Fi card to manufacture space available automatically
once photos and videos are uploaded - hopefully the uploading process would be flawless next, lest Murphy strikes halfway. Above all, Eye-Fi will plus roll out the Eye-Fi Center desktop application which opens up more avenues for you to share your digital memories with others.
